Once your order has processed and passed on to our mail carriers, the following timeframes provide an approximate delivery time:

USA:

• Standard Shipping (sent by USPS): Approximately 3-5 business days from dispatch
• Express Shipping (sent by UPS): Approximately 1-2 business days from dispatch

Canada:

• Standard Shipping: Approximately 5-10 business days from dispatch

Canadian Customers: Orders are sent from California and may experience delays as it passes through the USA-Canadian border and customs. Any time occurring as a result of this is in addition to the approximate shipping time noted above and out of our control. We currently offer standard shipping only.

Orders will be safely dropped if there is a safe place to leave the goods. If the delivery driver deems there is no safe place a card will be left to notify you of attempted delivery.  You will then need to arrange redelivery or pick up.  Please keep an eye on your tracking.  If your tracking is showing as 'attempted delivery' but a card was not left, please contact your local postal agency ASAP to arrange collection.

Important: Please kindly note that while all mail carriers are working their hardest to get your orders to you in a timely manner, these timeframes cannot be guaranteed (including express postage). This is due to ongoing capacity and staff limitations with all mail carriers. In busy periods these time frames may be exceeded - we appreciate your understanding.
