Your hat will be sent in a recyclable cardboard box with zero plastic or foam. 

Will & Bear boxes have been custom designed to keep your hat safe while travelling with the postal service. If your order has unfortunately been damaged in transit, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at help@willandbear.com who will gladly help. Where possible, we kindly ask that you include photos of the item and box.
